  • Conduct research into specific customer needs and provision of customer solutions in the photonics sector.
  • Develop and implement sales plans aligned with company strategies and goals.
  • Identify new customers, maintain relationships with existing clients, and conduct regular visits to meet sales targets and ensure timely payments.
  • Collect and organize customer information, manage databases, and report in accordance with company policies.
  • Oversee communication, negotiation, contract signing, and pre- and post-sales support with key clients.
  • Handle tasks assigned by senior management and address client requests as needed.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (or above) in electronic engineering or physics, related to optics or photonics.
  • About 1-2 years of experience in FA, PLC, fiber optics, passive products, silicon photonics, or integrated photonics plus related fields.
  • Strong sales acumen with proven ability to identify and create business opportunities.
  • Local to Europe, with established customer channels in European markets, familiar with supplier operation modes.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills; quick to adapt to new roles and company needs.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Dutch, French, and German is a plus.
