  • Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
  • Develop and execute strategies to position OneTouch Technology as a leader in optical communication.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients.
  • Create customized pitches and presentations.
  • Respond to RFPs.
  • Prepare market entry or competitive positioning plans.
  • Collaborate with the sales & operations team to ensure alignment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and/or business development, preferably in the photonics, optics, electronics or high-tech industry.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Proficiency in Dutch, French, or German.
  • Knowledge of European markets, with established customer networks or insights.
  • Background in physics, optics, or electrical engineering.
