Further responsibilities
- Design of silicon photonics active devices.
- Design optimization, including modulator, and so on.
- Set up a testing platform.
- Collaboration with testing engineers to verify and complete their testing method and data analysis.
- Communication with optical engineers to complete optical packaged design.
- Correspondence with Silicon photonics Fabs to define the process.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or above, major in optoelectronics, optical related.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to communicate in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience working with SOI and SiN platform.
- Proficiency in use of Lumerical or other simulation software of waveguide optics, and HFSS, Comsol or other RF simulation software.
- Expertise in using Luceda, Klayout, L-Edit, or other lay-out software.
- Maintain a professional conduct.
- Collaborate effectively within a team.
